No need to wait for a support engineer to arrive on-site, we can logon instantaneously and have you up and running in no time. Need an engineer onsite, we offer that as well.

If your website has been hacked we can diagnose, remove and have your website up and running in no time. We focus on WordPress websites and will scan and remove redirects, unwanted contents and viruses.
We setup and manage all your backup needs. We are a registered Macrium reseller and will setup the backup software to ensure all your critical data is backup timeiously. If required we can also store your backups offsite.
As far as possible yes. However in certain instances hardware will need to be tested offsite or assessed by the manufacture. In both instances we will pickup the hardware device from your office and have it returned when repaired.
